Over the last few months we have really been working hard to grow the business, rebuild our website, launch our wholesale dealer portal, rollout our retail "Doris Dotz DIY" kits and restock our shelf with Glitter and other goodies.
One of things we still need to improve is our customer service. We realize that we need to provide the level of follow up and support our customers deserve and expect. The purpose of this post is to make sure you know your concerns are really important to us, and while we will always be a little bit "old school" in how we take, process and fulfill your orders, we are really trying to improve your shopping experience with us across the board.
So, here are a few things we are doing to make your ordering process smoother, first, we have hired some more help to allow our more seasoned team the time required to better manage incoming questions and potential problems. We have also completely updated our shipping system so that emails are being sent with "almost all" packages (with tracking numbers) as soon as they ship. We also put into place a new system to help us respond to all emails within 24 hours. Are we meeting this goal? We are getting better and are trying hard to make this goal!

As an internet base company, we keep fairly irregular hours, with most of the team being in the office during the workweek, and others staying until 1 or 2 in the morning when the spirit moves them. I think in one of those late night work sessions, we came up with one of our latest improvements to ensure our team was also ready to take your call, 25 hours a day, 8 days per week.
Yes, Service is just this important to us!
